1914 Caille Rowboat Motor with Rudder

This is a good motor in the worst condition I ever bought. You can spot it was a 1914 model by looking at the skeg. The skeg with the opening was only made in that year. It should have a cylinder mounted magneto, but the one on it does not belong.
