|The Miller was a Chicago made motor. Production began in 1914 and ended in the early '20s. The motor was available with a variable pitch prop and a cylinder mounted magnitio, both of which were options.
The example below on this page has both options. There aren't many of these motors around but in spite of the few examples known to me I've found three different flywheel designs, plus the foundry workers needed spell check!!
