| Serial # 46240, 1927 An AOMCI member commented, "Very nice 2 3/4 hp Caille. It appears a 1927 with the serial number on the left tilt bracket. It does have a 1928 style mag. The 1927 mag has a different handle and slightly narrower flywheel. The 1927 and earlier had a sheet aluminum id plate on top with only 2 screws. The mags are American Bosch, with the earliest ones having Eisemann. I do like the nice decal and pre-1928 Zenith carb." |
