Lutetia
Establishment Marcel Échard
Neuilly, France

Founded in 1912, Marcel Échard, a French engineer, produced this motor. I can find little online at this time, but an interesting reminiscence gave this quote:

"From a few pictures and vague recollections I have guessed that the first outboard racing started around 1905 in France with the monsterous "Motogodile" straight shaft outboard. There are also some mentions of another French make "Lutetia", being used in racing around 1913. "
