Note that the illustration to the right is of a skegless Wright, as are all the illustrations in the ads.

Most of the Wrights found have skegs. The only one above that does not was in the late Len Pangburn's fine collection, #68.

Also, the compass rose motif is illustrated on the cylinder. I wonder if they thought about having it cast on. Haven't seen any.
